23 Sep / Intuition For Body, Mind & Soul
You know the silent voice that comes up immediately when you ask yourself, either silently or out loud, “What do I do about…?” It comes quick and fast before you’ve even had a chance to think about what you want the answer to be. The voice that beckons you to turn right rather than left, the one that knows that it’s Jenny calling before you even look at your phone or lets you know that Coldplay’s “Yellow” will be on the next song on 105.1 fm.
Meet your intuition.
I’m vaguely familiar with mine. I hear it most strongly when I’m sitting on the beach having a conversation with the ocean (i.e. myself). The answers come strong, quick and right on. They resonate and as much as I may want to argue otherwise, I know its right.
It’s my intuition that led me to pick up a book that’s been on my shelf for over a year after a reading with health intuitive, Karen Grace Kassy. Last July, Karen gave me amazing insight for what to do next as I found myself unemployed and confused about what path to take.
She also mentioned that she felt that a cyst was on one of my ovaries. For some reason, I ignored her warnings only to find out a few weeks ago that she was absolutely correct. I gain comfort in knowing that for some reason I must have needed this experience and have already learned so much. Mostly, that my body is incredibly AMAZING. It heals quickly and quietly, gently reminding me when needed to love it more consciously.
So, it’s no surprise that during my healing process I picked up Karen’s book, Health Intuition and have scheduled another appointment with her.
In the meantime, I’m following her well-laid out method for tapping into your own intuition. I am loving it. It is tough – checking in with myself so much – but so needed.
I would love to hear any ideas you have for tapping into your intuition, for health, success or simple fun like for finding great parking spots! And stay tuned for an update after my next session with her mid-month.
