On a recent jaunt to QFC (of all places – they actually have a great little wheat-free section), I discovered Mary’s Gone Crackers, crackers. Okay, super cheesy name, but super yummy crackers. Right now, I’m dipping them in soy nut butter or topping them with Tofutti cream cheese and a dollop of salsa. YUM!
It’s the perfect mid-day snack between lunch and dinner. When you’re hungry, but not famished. Pair with carrot sticks/celery to up the nutritional quotient.
The original cracks are made with organic brown rice, quinoa, flax seeds and sesame seeds. Try them out – they’re delish!
